I think the problem is from what i often read in many threads here, many users think adult = porn and so think an AVN must always have porn.
But erotism, sex, violence, language, horror, nudity, mental trauma, etc... too by example are adult themes too.

It just happen that sex is the most used adult theme in AVN production, but it's not the only adult theme that make a visual novel "adult"

Different people look for different things in games. Some of them are here for the fap content, others love adult stories and don't care about the porn hot stuff in the game. Why do you think that if you or any of the AWAM players don't like story-based games, those games shouldn't be on this site?
You don't like that the game has a very slow pace and a long relationship building, okay. But this does not mean that this game should be on "another site", it means that this game is simply not for you, there are hundreds of other games here that will suit your requirements just perfectly. Choose the games you like from these hundreds, and let the developer of this game make his game in peace in the way he wants, not you or AWAM players or anyone else.

While I can see why you would come to that conclusion as well as many others. I disagree because the A in AVN does not mean porn but adult which has a larger range of themes besides porn. Just porn is the easiest and most used form of it especially on this site. So I believe people automatically associate AVN with porn and at times forget you can make an AVN without the porn aspect. So because of that I feel people tend to get upset easier when the porn aspect is nearly non existent or just not a focus especially on this site. Especially when there is some sexy scenes or light nudity in the game it feels like it would be expected by some users even tho it clearly is not a focus or needs to be one.

As far as another site goes why should games like this go on another site when it's still considered a AVN and this is a well established site for promoting said games.

Can't load a save because of missing audio files. Got past most of the errors by unpacking the rpa's and creating a "sounds" folder and copying the content of the "audio' folder into it but now I'm missing click01.mp3 if not others...

For me hot scenes are a bonus. It all comes down to what kind of AVN player you and what you like in them. I'm one of the rare AVN players that value characters and story first and couldn't care less about lewd scenes. I just appreciate it when they are there but aren't needed for me to enjoy the games especially since I don't really watch the animation play more than once or twice I kind of just read the dialogue and watch the animation play once and skip to the next bit of dialogue / animation.

make sure you have it set so you can see hidden files as it's there for me on win 10. I forgot how to set hidden files to be seen been a minute you have to look that one up.

appdata is hidden you must first change in folder options to view hidden files and folders

it was hidden in win7 too if memory serves right and is hidden in win 11 etc (if some1 believed that win10 will be last then is dumbass).
