But with a slight change like, in my dream I'll like Charlotte to be an active participant in the virginity taking process making sure that she calms Emma's nerves and other fears and making double sure that she gives as much pleasure to the mc as possible (and if am lucky in my dream to Emma as well).

I'm all about Emma, myself. That said, the story as it is, doesn't seem to have a big opening for the possibility to make much sense.
If I were to geuss though, it'd be that Zak being the huge disappointment we all know he'll be makes her rethink her love, maybe with younger guys and look towards mc, being an older man.

Personally I see it as.
Charlotte with MC as this would make Emma happy to finally have a father and also to see her mother happy also I think that Charlotte is more suited towards the NC as he does want to take things slow and this would suite both of them.
Lucy with Steve as I think that they are both suited to each other.
Kaylah and the MC well "friends with benefits"say no more.
Suzi I have no idea about.
