I don't really know what he means by this, but dev said in post 22,297.

There will be pregnancies as part of the story, but it won't be treated as a kink.

I haven't decided if there will actually be any pregnancy sex yet.

It seems a lot of people think just talking about wanting to be pregnant and conception are kinks. But, that's also just part of normal relationship stuff. So, not sure what "treated as a kink" means in this context.

When people specifically ask about pregnancy, I tend to assume they're interested in it as a kink.

While there will be optional pregnancies for at least two of the love interests, there will likely be only a single sex scene with them during pregnancy.

Pregnancy will be included to deepen the story and its emotional impact, not to cater to a sexual kink.
