You can just wait until a current save is shared here. Then pick it up from the next update. There's barely anything new in this version. You won't be missing out on much.
Or until a working WT mod is here, and use the left CTRL button to "minmax" options until you're far enough into the story that you want to read normally. That way you get gallery items & stuff saturated as well.

I'm not disappointed, i didn't except anything. And if it help the dev, i'm even all for it.
Anyways, to me the slow development was always a part of this game, but since the quality is here (to my humble opinion at least), i'm far than okay with it.

yeah it just a rework of the early chapters to improve Suzi from what I heard im waiting a bit to replay it myself

now why in the hell does this need a rework ? the story was fine and everyone vibing and shit but now rework comes along and fucks all that up ill try it but it is same ol same ol but i will try it like i said because i liked the OG story 
because of the reworked things , saves don't work anymore

Just type %appdata% in the search.
To delete Ren'Py saves, find the game's folder in your operating system's user data directory (e.g.,
%appdata%\RenPy on Windows), then delete the specific game's subfolder, which contains the save files.
5 1/2 month for 360 images, rework crap, but no progress?!
v0.16.2
- added quick menu toggle to options screen
- added debug info HUD [Press F2 to toggle on/off]
- tidied up UI a little
- rewritten script with new formatting
- renamed all variables
- renamed old images using established convention
- changed file structure
- added about 7 small new Suzi scenes and expanded a couple of others slightly
- tried to make v0.1-0.3 dialogue more natural
- rewritten numerous other scenes
- replaced all instances of LAUGH, CRYING, KISS, etc. [may be one or two instances remaining in sex scenes which are due to be updated]
- added 360 images
- upgraded Emm'a DVD collection to Blu-ray!

it does say rework.... and been known this is coming for over a year just got pushed back. Tho not a full rework just really adding scenes and fixing code I think
