So this "translation" is closer to a full-on rewrite. The FeMC isn't an American transfer student, that just the "translator" shoehorning his fetish into the game

Yup, that's correct. Sorry, I haven't been on ULMF for a while; I should probably reply to the comments there.
Also, I was expecting a ton of hate for that when this was posted here. You're totally welcome to your opinions, and I'm SURE there are gonna be a lot of folks complaining about what I changed. Feel free to let me have it, but well ...
1.) It's not gonna change anything.
2.) If I hadn't translated it, you wouldn't even have had the option to play an English version of it (unless someone has the one from the other translator -- name's escaping me now, sorry).
3.) If it bothers you THAT much, then I'm totally fine with just privatizing it next time. I translated this particular game the way I did because I like it like that. If you don't, please feel free to translate the game yourself and post it.
Anyway, I'm not gonna respond to or argue against any whining or unkind responses to what I chose to do. If you DO need something, then I'll be happy to respond. I did add a few additional game features, as I usually do to my translation projects, as well as fixed a few bugs, so check the ReadMe; if you see any bugs or issues, please let me know so I can try to fix them.
When you mean the full English version, are you talking about the MTL? Or the fan-translated one? I'd love to see the latter.
As far as netorare, it could go sorta either way as netorare or netori, since you play as both the guy getting cucked (given you can choose his name) - netorare - and as Ichimotsu - netori - at different parts of the game. Not gonna get into too much of what constitutes NTR, but just wanted to explain that part.
I don't think the gameplay is THAT short, especially if you were playing a version earlier than v1.03 (which added even more content). There's quite a few different branches you could take in the game, so you have lots of different scenes and scenarios, as well as endings. I also added an additional ending and a bunch of new situations/events. Check the ReadMe.

I was going to mention how weird it is that everyone calls the girl foreign when she does not look foreign. But now it was just a creative choice. It ultimately changed very little. Thanks for translating the game. It was a fun translation!

It's good that you have this suspicion, you should rely on it more often. Aside from maybe 3 developers (exageration) pregnancy content is generally considered a life changing event that supports an ending; who would have thought being burdened by a child would have such consequences in most normal circumstances?
My advice would be to learn who makes these fetishized pregnancy games and follow those developers (Acerola, Resentiment, Butakoma 300g, Oneone1, etc) rather than ask a question that most people won't bother to respond to without giving you side eye.

I imagine you're tired of seeing this question to react this way to a innocent question that has even been replied to already, but its a legit one, not like theres a tag that separates these. And I'm not sure whats the point of trying to bring "realism" into it, its a game after all, not real life, most if not all games in here are heavily exaggerated even if they are on a realistic setting.

Yeah, this is actually my perspective here too. I think a good deal of us play H-games to stretch the boundaries of realism, and while there may perhaps be a line of how far we prefer to push it, it's an arbitrary, relative line. I mean, in a country that has things like nipple f*cking, monster/animal sex, and god knows how many more and more deeply deprived fetishes, I'd imagine that realistic pregnancy isn't especially protected. We all have our preferences. I ain't gonna knock anyone for their fetish.
That being said, there are quite a few games that have pregnancy either throughout the game or as a Game Over type of device. In this game, it's the latter. Not sure how that would work to separate different types of pregnancy, but I'd echo the previous poster in just trying to find devs that specialize or cater to that particular fetish.
