Yeah, the "new content" (aka the map) is completely non-functional. Half the characters that give you an interact prompt don't even show any dialogue and have to be unstuck by clicking on the backpack...and the ones you can talk to are just two lines of dialogue. There's nothing to do, or any scenes (from what I could see). It's just a showcase.

Oh well, maybe next year.

This is sarcasm, right? Has to be, right? Look, I get it, I prefer smaller chests as well. But there's nothing "physically impossible" about these titty sizes. Dont expect anything until at the earliest later this year, the update here is basically just the Demo with a new Map. Its not abandoned but the kind of thing that will come out when it does.

It's really nothing quite yet, but definitely not a VN, brother. Visual Novels are just exchanges of dialogue with static characters, i.e. like reading a novel with illustrations. This is an actual game though, where you move a character around a world. I think the eventual idea for this game is something akin to a "tedious sandbox", since they already added a semi-open map that you can run around, with some characters you can talk to and character stats you can train. If you want to see what this game will be (one day, probably at least a year+ from now), then just try out Sluterella/Lewd Knight/whatever-it's-called-now by the same developer, which is a far more complete version of what this game will probably (almost surely) be, just without the Harry Potter skin.

Also, I don't think it's going to be that much like Witch Trainer (or what you'd call a "trainer" game in general). It seems the plan is to have "storylines" for Hermione and the other girls, and not just repeated "events" where you have to grind out stats (affection etc) to unlock scenes. There's already quests for two of the girls (including Hermione) where you have to "meet them" in specific rooms, but the quests currently just don't work yet.

I mean, fuck me, its great. it has a great artstyle, lot of potential, map is huge and i would say it has more work than for example... the other 50 Hermione fuck games, but there is no gameplay is there? I mean, with this graphics and stuff i would be fine with storytelling without sex for now... but there aint any, right?

Yea it's an in progress testing of Day Night schedules and map navigation. It shows maps / dialogues examples but there's no game here yet.

Unless your game developer or just interested in the art there isn't much to look at.
