I'm actually planning to make a game at some point, trying to see what people value the most in something like this.
You do you, but keep in mind that trying to please too large of an audience via Patreon usually just causes devs to haphazardly deliver stuff 'cuz they don't want peeps unsubbing once their preferred kink is fully added (or explicitly stated to never be added, although this is less of an issue since Patreon's ToS are relatively clear). Or the dev can art but is shit at code and then Patreon subscribers get kinda pissed when they realize they're also subsidizing the dev's coding education (assuming said artistic dev doesn't eventually blow their brains out from trying to force their left brain to do right brain stuff; this is mostly hyperbole, but some devs do just straight drop off the face of the Earth, prolly due to the extreme stress of wanting to art but realizing that coding ain't art, it's a fucking science).
Up to you, unlikely you're gonna get sued for fraud using Patreon... but copyright infringement for trying to deliver what the fans of whatever media
really want, that's a different issue! So far
Injustice Something Unlimited has
somehow managed to avoid litigation (for now), but some Star Wars pron games have definitely gotten nailed by the House of Mouse. Like I said, you do you. Being original is harder, possible less rewarding (or more, depending on your personality), maybe less lucrative, but also can possibly avoid some legit serious issues. But either way, have a strong vision or don't even bother...
