Not really up to date with cheat codes, but this is not one I have seen before
Did you decompile the files and parse them to get a list of all scenes names to be sure to enter the right "scene parameter" ?
So at the moment, this game has 750 Scene/events/appointments

(granted some are images for hug/kiss/grope etc, but that would only reduce this by 15 approx).
So just to round it off call it 700 Scene/events/appointments
So if this code was to work you need to first find all the names for these 700...
which would require good knowledge of Ren'py...
and put in this code with the name added to be able to see that Scene/event/appointment...
so needed to write this code 700 times...
and my view of it... I am not the creator... but this would only say make it as achieved on the phone...
again the phone is NOT a full replay gallery for everything...
and this is a cheat to save time from playing the game and to get to see everything
I wish anyone who tries this method good luck...

Sorry to say but not all shower scenes are the same for all girls.
The only shower scenes that are different are Jessica and Amy & Alice and they use different set of codes. Amy alone actually use the generic shower scene set so the codes will work for her (post shower sex scene is a separate event).
Eh, maybe a stupid question, but why would you want to unlock them when you can play them? They are not that hard.
You're correct in saying they are 'random', however with a little experimentation over your first 7 - 10 days on the island you'll discover when in the morning, afternoon and evening that these 'random' events trigger as you walk down the hall on the way to your room. Not that hard to make a note of the times and just head to your room then. The same can be said for messages (sexts) from the girls, Yumiko's 'Guess Who' messages and so on and where on the island to be where they seem to trigger most often. Nowhere in the game's instructions, the Guide or the 1,000+ pages of this thread, does it say you cannot take notes if you have a hard time remembering.

I use an even more basic approach. I make sure to go past my room on each half hour. All those 'random' events will trigger in no time. No problem whatsoever to get the seond or third installment. And you can always refuse the event when you don't want it.
In my case, I find the effort/reward ratio of the cum congestion scenes to be too high.
