It's the old Vaseline on the lens trick
Or could be some other sticky, semi-clear liquid that happened to get on the lens

The 3rd private workout for Amy is also not triggered for me. The 1st and 2nd worked totally fine. At the end of the 2nd workout, Amy said she needs a break and will continue the third at the day after tomorrow.
The first two private workouts were done on 32th and 33th day on my time and no private workout in my 34th and 35th day. Is this a known bug? I'm using version v0.2.3.2 beta. How to fix this?

There is no bloom added from my side.
The postwork in general is mixed to produce a mild soft focus.
If it is the background, it looks like that, but blur makes it more pronounced.
What the photographer used in the original to produce the base effect is unknown to me.

It's been awhile since I completed Amy's quests so my memory if fuzzy, but just because she says say day after tomorrow, don't take her literally. She's a popular and busy girl, so maybe it slipped her mind. Keep playing and also consider downloading the Companion Guide and see what it says.

No bug, just wait a day or two and she will send a message.
Also make sure her stats are not low as this can affect it.

Alice at the motto party (0.3.0 preview)
Hello everyone!
During the player's stay at the infirmary, the girls organized a motto party at the bar.
Since the girls had a lot of fun at the party, Jennifer took pictures, that will be send out to the player a little later.
If you follow the development news, you can see that the list of open items is getting smaller and smaller.

I noticed a few things/minor bugs maily while playing scenes that I had never played before (to finish up things before all the new content comes out ). Maybe these need correcting:
Delizia:
When you talk to Yumiko in the night bar and she asks you to name the girl that you find least attractive, and you pick a girl with attractiveness 4 (Delizia - sorry Bantry), I get the following message: "Delizia's attractiveness is at its minimum value of 3 already.". I would have expect a notification that her attractiveness got downgraded to 3.
When you have started Delizia's quest line to help her increase her strength, you are supposed to visit her late at night the next day. However, if you do that a few hours before, in the evening, e.g. to invite her to the night bar, she is mad at you and complains that you visit her in the middle of the night. That was 20:30 in my case.
Brenda:
Even after receiving two sexting images from Brenda, I am not able to masturbate to images of her. They are not listed. Is this to be expected?
This was actually the first time for me to invite these girls to the island (mainly because I had to send away Eva and Heather to get their re-arrival scenes). And I must say, they are both really quite cute.
Poker, negative chips (-5):
This happens regularly at the beginning of a new game when the mandatory 10 chips are placed and the previous amount was 5. Then, the girl does not undress even though she is out of cash.

It's a typo. Has to be 4 instead of 3. I have changed the text.
About sextings and "dream" images.
It's not very consistent. For some sextings you get dream images, for some you don't.
I have made dream images for all of Delizia's and Brenda's sextings now.
Everything else is too much effort to look into right now.

Hi guys and gals, this post offers you a collection of news about the next full version of Holiday Island (0.3.0 beta).
The change log below is based on the beta 0.2.3.0 release.
The next main release is 0.3.0 beta which will be a new full update for Windows, Linux and Mac. It will include a lot of new features and some bug fixes as well.
As of right now, the update from 0.2.3.0 to 0.3.0 has:

New features and content
- Yvette gets another appointment at the beach during sunset --> still working on it (might be postponed)
- Once back from the lab, the player will talk with Joy in her office (end of lab day 3) --> still working on it (renders are done)
- Mercedes picks up the player to bring him back to the "surface", leaving the lab (lab day 3) --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Daniela gets a workout event with the player, testing the strength of his legs and ankle (lab day3) --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Sara gets an event in the lab player room, where she talks about last night and teases the player (lab day 3 ) --> will be part of 0.3.0.0

- Natasha's arrival scene has been re-rendered in 2560x1440 and some new images have been added. The dialogue is now also completely different between the first and later arrival scenes --> will be part of 0.3.0.0

- You get the option to do a web search for a girl and theme, once you have obtained the information. Each web search theme is listed as an event in the girl's achievements --> will be part of 0.3.0.0

I've been playing this one for a long time, Patreon on and off, but haven't in quite as a while due to waiting for this update. Can't wait to check it out and just start fresh! Looks awesome.
