What kind of system? Starting a new game, loading a save, etc. Define won't start. Does anything happen when you click on the exe file? Which exe file are you clicking? Some more information is needed before any attempt at help can be given.
Running windows, everything to my knowledge on the computer is to date. When I run the application file in Holiday Island dir the application seems to start up but then all I get is a Text Document with the following

same for me game don´t start, both 32 and 64 bit version Windows 10

DELETE the Persistent file in these two folders (Save & AppData).
Try to start the game again.
Save folder... (Holiday Island/game/saves)
AppData folder (C: user/***/AppData/roaming/RenPy/Island-1499865023)*** your user id

Great update as always!
But on the second visit in Yvette's room I can't go on from the first titfuck animation... the program just stops responding.
That's quite frustrating I have to admit, because is the only scene that cause me problems.

What do you mean not being able to buy said items? There are no issues with either purchase once they are in your shopping app.

No idea how that occurred. You won't find the .rpy files and you should have no idea to find them anyway.

Trying to mess around with the code to get items like the blue underwear or battery charger will only lead to a borked game.
The items will be available at the correct part of the game for you to get, if you try to get them before you require them you will put the game structure out of order and cause errors and ultimately borking the game... how about just play the game as it was intended by the developer.
console commands can get you these items as well... if you know the correct command? seen people use them at the wrong time or incorrectly and bork their game as well.
I have been playing the game through (love this game) and have the tasks on the the phone app. It's just when I try to buy them I get these error messages

So when you try to buy the battery charger or the blue underwear you get an error with the "Touple" object not being callable?
