Well, now I reached this meeting with Joy in the game. I saved the game before starting the meeting and tried to start the meeting 10 times. The 10 meetings were different.masseuse, about 3 ) Alice I run about 7-9 times to Joy till she said there is a wishbox quest, from Alice (the other times she said no nothing new, since I only can write and I'am at warpath with reading....
8 of the meetings were basically the same all giving a quest for Alice lingerie. But 4 times Joy wore a red dress, 3 times a white dress and once a black dress. But the game made a successful Alice affection check just before the quest was given.
2 of the meetings got "out of hand" with no quest. Joy wore an open blue jacket, and her flight were terrible because a male escort had failed her.

She looks fantastic with only a couple drawbacks, not uncommon to some HI-characters:Next Island quiz.
Being a good mom (her words) Cthulhu would have sent someone to the Island to keep an eye on sweetie (Joy).
(A bit of parental snooping goes a long way when Joy is involved)

- Menu choices are moved to the right of the screne, so that they are no longer blocking the view. They will also be nicer and smalelr overal --> will be part of 0.3.7.0
- The text to speach for the AI voice can be switched off now in the preferences --> will be part of 0.3.7.0
- Amy gets emotions for her swimwear sprites, her night wear sprites and a resolution upgrade for all her actions --> will be part of 0.3.7.0
- Images for player actions (relax, jog, train) have been upgraded to double resolution webp format --> will be part of 0.3.7.0
- Company favor changes will be displayed on the left side now --> will be part of 0.3.7.0
- Sperm sample donation at the doctor will be done with the total quantity for each type now --> will be part of 0.3.7.0
- In Yvette's pole dance scene, there was an inconsistency with the wardrobe and when she had a drink with you afterwards, image overlays were messed up --> will be fixed with 0.3.7.0
- In certain cases a girl's location could be shown as "restaurant", but she wasn't in the restaurant --> will be fixed with 0.3.7.0
- Groping a girl at the restaurant lead to blocking the grope action for other girls as well --> will be fixed with 0.3.7.0
- When you send a girl home who was the current doctor, she could roam the doctor's office as a ghost (invisible, but still talking to you) --> will be fixed with 0.3.7.0
- Deliza could show up twice as a nurse in the doctor's office --> will be fixed with 0.3.7.0
- After the message for the ankle check, Sara didn't show up at your room teh next morning when you did more than 2 actions at the restaurant --> will be fixed with 0.3.7.0
- When you were not in your room when Sara picks you up for the ankle checkup, wrong overlay images were shown. In addition, the overlay UI on the right was shown --> will be fixed with 0.3.7.0

And so darkhound1 has reached the milestone of more than 10,000 new features since release 0.1.1.0!
Just as I had surmised a while ago that this could happen with version 0.3.7.0.
Joy was very pleased when I told her even though it was probably not the best of times when I did. In my experience, girls don't often like it when you tell them about statistics during sex...

Having re-read several times the list of 'New Features and Content', as well as the 'Minor Improvement and Changes' and have not found anything about moan sounds or any other additional sounds for that matter. Since currently there is no definitive date announced for the release of the v.0.3.7.0, keep checking here and/or the developer's Patreon page for future announcements. However, I suspect you may still have to continue to supply your own.
