What is wrong with just playing the game? And saying please wouldn't hurt either. And this one:
I played three days and haven't even met all girls, let alone have sex with all of them. This game sucks and needs to be changed.

Having read this thread for years I know there are lots of people with other views. But I still can't understand people who only want this game to be a wanking simulator. :alien::alien:

Internet (degraded social standards) and humans will be humans (the rest).

As for the game, there is no way to control how someone use or consume a product (short of force) and if you strip Holiday Island down to its base components, what do you have, a ton of images (stills or animated), text and code.

This being an internet pirate porn forum, should we feel surprised, with humans running from A to Z that for some the unit of consumption is the image, and not the game?

If you could not care less about who a girl is (all the text and code that makes the game) then the image and instant gratification is all that there is, and the game only becomes relevant as an image or animation player catering to whatever need the poster has.

There is nothing to really understand as such, it is what the 12lb trout is for, and make sure to swing all the way through :)

Version 0.4.0.0 - development news (updated 17 of July 2023)

Hi guys and gals,​

this post offers you a collection of news about the next version of Holiday Island (0.4.0.0).​
You can see the main focus and side areas for the next update in the above image.​

The change log below is based on the release 0.3.8.0.​
​
As of right now, the update from 0.3.8.0 to 0.4.0.0 has:​
154 additional renders, videos or sound files​
2 new backgrounds for the phone​
17 updated renders​

New features, major improvements and new content
  • Mia gets an event in the lab's kitchen where she talks with the MC --> still working on it
  • Brenda gets an appointment in the MC's room to celebrate an anniversary. The scene will partially reuse existing renders and add some new ones. --> still working on it
  • Mercedes gets a new event where she picks up the MC and they visit the lab for another checkup --> still working on it (renders are mostly done)
  • Renée gets a remade arrival scene with lots of new images and a short story --> still working on it (renders are done)
  • Amy's poker scene has been remade and a lot of new images and dialogue has been added --> still working on it (renders are done)
  • Sara talks to the MC down at the lab and they walk to the infirmary for another blood sample --> still working on it (renders are done)
  • Desire gets an update to her sperm congestion scene with new renders in webp format --> still working on it (renders are done)
  • Jennifer gets a new event in the photo studio where she's posing in a sling bikini --> still working on it (renders are mostly done)
  • Brenda gets a remade workout pullups scene --> still working on it (renders are mostly done)
  • Brenda gets a new plane intro with almost 20 images --> still working on it (renders are mostly done)
  • Brenda gets a photo shot event with Jennifer in the photo studio --> still working on it (renders are mostly done)
  • Brenda gets a new event in the hallway where she's on her way to Joy --> still working on it (renders are done)
  • Brenda gets a beach pose scene in her skimpy bikini --> still working on it (renders are done)
  • Brenda gets an update to her beach walk scene with additional renders --> still working on it (renders are done)
  • Brenda gets a remade congestion scene with 2 achievements --> will be part of 0.4.0.0
  • Lacey gets a long sperm congestion scene with 4 achievements --> will be part of 0.4.0.0
Minor improvements and changes (including AI upgrades)


Bug fixes
  • Under certain circumstances, an arrival scene for one girl could be shown two days in a row --> will be fixed with 0.4.0.0
  • The icon to mark cards is placed over the trophy icon, making only one of teh two useable --> will be fixed with 0.4.0.0
  • Switching on the randomization for the phone background leads to a crash, every time the background is switched --> will be fixed with 0.4.0.0

I don't disagree, but it doesn't change the fact that please are used way more often when talking to people from US than people from UK, despite both using English as the native language.
