Open your phone and choose 'Character Data' and then Aly. Under events will be all the sexts she has sent you. I believe that one is under 'Topless Sexts'. Click on the appropriate picture and then choose the Frame Icon at the lower right.
Position the frame as you like and then choose which wall frame you want to display the picture. Of course if she hasn't sent you that sext yet, you'll just have to be patient and wait until she does.
But she had already sexted me that image and I've been using it prior to v0.3.8, for a long time. After the update, it disappeared. Now I cannot get it back.
Why's that?

Most likely the picture image was invalidated. Darkhound has been busy modernizing and replacing lots of older images. v0.3.8 was especially big in that respect. When an image is no longer shipped it has to be removed from the wall as there is no image to show. I am not sure if a sexting is removed as well and you have to wait for it to be sent again. But your experience suggests that is the case.

questions would start on October 1st, but I was a little off.
Therefore, my prediction for the new update may be off as well.
