That's strange, I feel the exact opposite: that the facial expression is the weak point of the image.
I'm not quite sure what it is, but something feels off in her smile. As if her lips were smiling, but her cheek muscles were not.

Since I'm here nitpicking, I might as well add two remarks:
- the necklace is stuck to Eva, and does not hang following gravity (can't blame it. If I were the necklace, I wouldn't let go of that chest)
- the perspective of the room and the perspective of the city does not seem to match.

Anyways ... that's just nitpicking for the sake of nitpicking.

The theme is defined by Darkhound, which is to say the overall theme of the game, girl's character, their behavior, preferences and accumulated history. Ahegao does not exist in the game (to my knowledge).

Worth noting is also that I do not render sex events or activity.
So I have no reason to experiment in that direction.

The only exception would be if Darkhound for some reason asked me to do so.
And I cannot really imagine any scenario where that would happen

It's the uncanny valley effect. Probably should have tried a to do a less realistic face to make it look better.

Patience. If you haven't learned by now you cannot force a woman to do anything on your schedule. There are plenty of other girls to amuse yourself with while you wait for Amy to come visit your room and tell you what else is needed.

As I recall it was almost a week after when Amy came to my room to say she was leaving the island. Have to be in your room and she will knock on door.
