By default, check the hints in the placeholders events/app/scenes, if no hint, just play and do stuff (visit the girl at night, talk to them, etc etc).

Sorry, you need to be more specific. Are you trying to replace girl's implants, boob or sub dermal, your sub dermal implant? Have you read the Companion Guide? Why would you want/need to replace implants?

For many reasons. Long story short story. I'm a beta tester, had no issue with that scene in my 1st test (probably because I asked her to flash in the restaurant while testing) but experienced it in my release play. SiJa had trouble too, never got the scene at all.
There is a "Yvette flash her tits tags" but not in all of her scenes. Then SiJa unlocked the scene by asking her to flash in the restaurant.

Nope, didn't work. I asked Yvette to flash during breakfast. She answers that it doesn't work with the dress. Made a save and then visited her room. Starting from the save I got all the outcomes multiple times, but not the tease. So either it is really low probability of something else is missing.

Edit: I will try again during lunch and dinner and see if that makes a difference.

I could have remembered the wrong location, think I may be mixing it up with some other event/scene/appointment requirement?

Beach, Pool should allow her to flash boobs.
Then go back to her door and try.

Asked her to flash at the pool and then went to her room. That did it, a third choice came up after some retries.

Edit: not quite there yet. She teased but it didn't get the achievement.

Edit2: the missing factor is that the MC's lust must not be to high. Then an extended tease and the achievement follow.

If it's a quest, then you are talking about Amy's implant removal surgery.
If you look at the Quest section on your phone and move your mouse pointer over the quest...
a popup will appear on the right telling you what you need to do next in the quest.

ScriptError: Name (u'game/events_gym.rpy', 1600323955, 0) is defined twice, at game/events_gym.rpyc:5 and game/events_workout.rpyc:6.

You either extracted the compiled files and/or you screwed up the new version install.
Don't copy the update version files in an old version folder.
Double check what you did, no way you didn't do something wrong.

Sorry, I know this has been addressed a few times already in this thread, but I swear I've double and triple checked the subquests for the miriam and mercedes secret quest and I still can't get the night gym quest to trigger. Attached a screenshot of what the quest looks like. As for the events, I'm only missing the ones where miriam shows off when the beach is not too crowded, the strip poker scenes for mercedes, Mercedes blocking the sauna, and obviously the secret lab events.

Have tried visiting night gym each night from 2-6 AM (both staying there and going there from room at the top of each half hour).



Also I've been using companion mod since 1.9.x and probably have altered my strength too early, but I haven't had issues with any quest besides this one.

I suspect you have to get the scene where Miriam shows off when the beach is not too crowded. My memory isn't the best, but I seem to recall when just talking with Miriam at the tower, she also gives info about her and Mercedes. Have you tried pushing Mercedes in the pool? 0230hrs is when you need to go to the gym. I don't think it triggers at any other time than that. Good luck.

Definitely have tried pushing her into the pool and for sure have tried visiting at 2:30. Will try to get all three of the "not too crowded" events, but I got one of them earlier and it didn't allow the gym event to trigger unfortunately.

I should note that all the subquests say they are finished except the muscle one. For the relationship between miriam and mercedes one it already says the note about the a future update when i mouse over it.
