None, the game is already compressed by the dev.
i installed mod, but now i cant even run this game.Any idea how fix this? even h...32.exe doesnt work.Delete game and unpack again not helping, so any idea what can i do?

Well for starters, did you install the mod correctly? Sorry had to ask. If there is any doubt, download and read the Companion Guide, linked on the first page, as it is covered in there. If that isn't the issue, are you trying to start a new game of load a save? if it is the later, it might be an issue with your 'persistent file' and that has been answered numerous times already and there is a fix also linked on the opening page.

Yes!!! I was hoping this might happen once Delizia's role changed...First thing is that there is no dev team. There is just me, myself and I. So might sound like three, but it's just one guy.
I've made a post on my patreon about Renée's future in the game.
With a high probability she will become staff and get the position of "main massage therapist".
This means she will always be on the island in the future and also get new (job related) content when the switch to staff role is made. Similar to Delizia with the upcoming update.

Some of the lesser loved tier 3 characters becoming staff members is such a good call. Im sure dev has had some great ideas for them but if they aint highly desired by backers of course there is a chance they can never be fully realised so this is a great compromise and as far as i can tell there has been no objections. Renee already set to be one next as well i see? I wonder if this will be the case with more beyond them two - i think Ivy remodel has surged her popularity so its not going to be needed for her but the rest we shall just have to wait and see (fingers crossed - its not like we dont like them but if were limited to how many girls we can invite then of course we will strictly stick with favourites or at worst dedicate spare slots to characters who offer much more content across the island).

Interesting question, we should be able to theory craft a pretty decent guess based the public info there is.
Staff
- Delizia is converted to staff (release news)
- A staff will always be on the Island (Darkhound, prior page)
- They will retain all or most of their old content (Darkhound, prior page)
Known Candidates
- Renee is a candidate (Darkhound, prior page)
Scope
The old tier 3 seems to be the scope, both candidates are from it. Also it would not make a lot of sense to convert others in terms of content (as the more content a girl already has the harder a conversion would be).
Our possible candidates are therefore : Delizia, Brenda, Ivy, Lacey, Renee.
Okay, Lets solve who are actual staff candidates,
Girls to consider
- Brenda is not an obvious candidate. She has been kept as diversity girl since 2017 (confirmed multiple times) in the invite line up.
- Ivy is being remade. That is a unique investment, it would not make any sense for a staff. You'd just convert her. So Ivy is not a candidate.
- Lacey has had it hard as an invite girl. Staff would solve that and the conversion itself gives some job content on top. She is a likely candidate.

I have a few questions to Darkhound.
1. Would Yvette night visit be extended/modified? I know that we can have quite fun with Yvette before going to sleep, but personally I don't want her just to disappear in morning... Maybe if MC resigned from "night fun" he will be rewarded with "wake up" scene based on lust/love stats.
2. Any plans to adding threesomes scenes to game?
3. Are there plans to introduce new supermodels/escorts to island in future?
4. Any plans to release game on itch.io ?
5. Will Aly receive (in near future) new sex scenes? All of T2 girls have vaginal sex scenes but Aly have only 2 TJ scenes.

Those answers DuckSwim has given are based on what is most likely a Darkhound reply, but are slightly personal opinions of DuckSwim.
My personal view is anything is possible in the future, just depends on if it's something Darkhound wants to put in the game.
Also just because a few years ago Darkhound said no to something does not mean that he could not have had a change of mind and decide to put something in that he said no to originally.
So... anything is possible if Darkhound, the sole creator of Holiday Island, wants to add it.
We will have to wait and see... unless you have a crystal ball... lol.

Honestly id be ok with Lacey full on becoming the Islands hostess of choice - shes a swimwear model by nature so a boobs and butt competition hostess should comfortably be in her wheelhouse. I know thats kind of Jennys thing the now but Jenny is already the go to photographer, gym trainer, outfitter and even poker master so im sure she can afford to step aside on at least that much responsibility to allow Lacey to shine lol.
Agree on the other two as well. Amy has had huge surge in popularity in reception to remodel in most cases, her pro fitness thing is already covered by Jenny so im not sure where she could fit in a staff member anyway and as you say all the work on her as of late clearly isnt with making her a staff member in mind. As for Brenda its not just diversity plane girl which makes her a shoe in to retain her old non staff status but as we both assume somewhat (and at least on my end fully promote) that after Renee that Lacey will become a full time resident via staff it also means that fans of smaller busts (though she certainly aint lacking front by a long shot lol) it really falls on her to be the algorithms go to hottie for those who choose the smallest breast option at the start of the game as Lacey if we are both right will no longer be eligible as the plane girl for obvious reasons.
