Agreed, would enjoy seeing Shortstack's Natural renditions.
Less Betty Boop-type, fishlips animations during sex scenes, eye's size just a slight tad smaller(not to much).
Would enjoy seeing the art expression results more natural less digital.
Kinda like what's been done with A LOT of work on Ivy's NEWER renders.... Are BEAUTIFUL!!
Such a huge improvement noticed slight adjustments have Enhanced her exponentially.
Not perfect and still could be better but oh... what a difference!

Has anyone else run into the issue of when updating from 3.5.1 to 3.6.1 getting Ivy's crushed bell quest reset and not being able to do it again?

Have not noticed particularly that issue with Ivy.
Something different yes but, not Your experience.. yet.
In regards to 3.5.1 - 3.6.1
Are You on Android by any chance?
PC, strongly advise 3.6.0 patched with 3.6.1

Casual answer: I think the AI is registering the shadows from Fayes collar bone and the shadows from her bikini strap and the AI thinks it as a necklace.

PC. Also this is not he first time I have answered that question which I stated in a previous reply that it was patched 3.6 that I am on and getting this issue.

Make sure Yvette's lust love are high. Try leaving the Night Bar before it closes like 1 or 1:30am and go to your room.
Is there a 'log file' where the + or - attributes can be found. I thought the girls' profiles would say what level Love/Lust etc were at, but seems not.....and with I flurry of negatives going through at the end of my last day I do not know which girls I need to butter up again (though not actually 'butter'.....though that might be interesting)

I don't know about log files. You can simply save before talking to one of the girls and test which topics will increase her affection. Afterwards, reload, talk to her again and pick those topics. The next time they will be marked with a "+" so you will know what to talk about with her.
Regarding the level of interactions you had with a girl, you can check those via your phone and have a look at the interactions page:
You can monitor your weekly interactions with a girl. There are no daily stats, however. So you should interact more with the girls with the least number of weekly interactions:
However, why do you not hug and kiss all the girls all the time?

Yes I am very aware of how that works and this is not my first rodeo for this game or any other program. Also that is what I stated. If I were trying to play the patch itself, it would not work as it is only the game folder and nothing more. Patching the 3.5.1 with the 3.6.1 patch and trying to play it will either not work or cause a lot of errors. So yes not my first rodeo. As I said before I do understand you all are just making sure beforehand that is what I am doing before trying to troubleshoot further, but since I am on the correct version and patched this is the issue that I have. So anyone else run into this issue?

I don't think it's a matter of how you updated the game, it's save issue I believe.
No promise: I will try to find the command to unlock the seen in the gallery (must decompile the files, search for the scene name etc, I'm not coder and lazy so no promise).
Your best bet would be Darkhound noticing your issue.
Edit: did you try with both reception suit ?

I have not so that might be an issue. Because that is where I left off in the game was at reception with Ivy crushing the bell when I saved and closed the 3.5.1 version of the game.
After going to Yvette's room probably a thousand times and fulfilling all the conditions to be invited in/teased, I've given up trying to get the scene. I've gotten her being "about to change into her bikini" but nothing happens at least 30 times.

I tried. It should unlock with both reception suit.
In doubt, try with both, maybe that will solve your issue.
