MarsUltor , I didn't use console comands, (Im good at looking at the girls tits, not in using the console )
I redownloaded the companion Mode* and installed it, the diference is that I Started a new game from Scratch, so that the saves, are brandnew, If I hadn't take the pause between 0.31 and 0.36 probably would have had the same error, It was a atempt to help to localize the Bug.

Try updating to 0.3.6.1.

I did that (it was at the end of the message you replied to).
I re-downloaded the 0.3.6.0 (after re-naming the original folder) and then installed the 'game' folder from the update zip file.
When I loaded my last save I got the error message that I mentioned at the end of my previous post. (after it said my save was being updated for the 0.3.6.1 version). So, there is something in the save file that is corrupted but I do not know what it is, or even how far back I now need to go.

Ok so after some extensive testing, the Ivy Easter Egg scene crushing the bell, at least for me without using console commands, was only gotten by using an autosave that was prior to the final save that I made (the one that doesn't work after updating) for 3.5.1. I am not sure what bit of code is being checked or is holding a shall we say TRUE value preventing from getting it again when the patched new version resets it. However, I have it again and can now go on playing the game.

That's not the problem
The save game is screwed, the "player" object does not exist.
That's why it's not advisable to use console commands if you don't know what you're doing.

and if I type in that console command as stated with the brackets it fails...which is in my previously posted message about having problems with those console commands. It seemed to work without the brackets (as it didn't show and error on screen) but no blue pill turned up and after that I started getting the issue with the inventory

The Companion Mod takes the place of having to enter console codes for those that want to 'cheat'. You can adjust stats for both the player and the girls as well as add items to your inventory. It is all explained in the first section of the Companion Guide. Both the Guide and Mod are linked on the first page of this thread.

As Bantry said, The game is since iirc 2018 - 2019 ongoing, everything, what is in the companion Guide, has been tested by trial and error, it is not boring and gives you good hints, yankeeInKy and Bantry keep it updated. The cheat mod has been developed by Niceerotica and Darkhound1 decided to integrate it, It can reduce the "grind" which is not that much compared with other games a lot, but use it with inteligence, since there are certain achievements and scenes which don't trigger if all is maxed out, and Basicly after you got the hang of the game you don't even need it

One slight correction. yankeeInKy took over the Guide back in December of 2020. All the updates since v.0.1.9.1 have been his. I can tell you from my own experience of doing previous versions of the Guide is more work than most comprehend. He is doing an outstanding job!

Bantry yes I know and I am still sad that you don't write it anymore ( afortunatly you write more fan fiction,yet) yankeeInKy has done a outstanding job, since ! He found the balance , in my opinion between funny entertaining, and pragmatic technical .

than you for the info. I guess I'll install that then...though I have only used the codes to add the money equivalent as I couldn't see how one would get as much as was needed simply by doing sperm donations.
The thing with the blue pill came up as I was frustrated with needing 3 all the time but each pill only being good for 2 (as far as I could see), I had no intention of changing any other stats and I sort of don't mind the 'grind' as it keeps my mind occupied as I no longer have a job to go to.
I did download a pdf guide but found it a little confusing the way it was laid out, I'm more used to 'linear' gameplay...you do something and that thing sticks unless you really screw up...in this game the whole thing where the girls lose interest in you just gets annoying. I've been trying to get Yvette's stats for a while now and she is always upset about it, so now I just asked until she got too upset to answer and I need to grind my way back up so I can hopefully ask the last question.
The game as a whole has some of the most stunning girls I've seen.

Oh all goes easier if you raise Players stats ask Jenifer in the Gym for the best combination

yeah, I just assumed there was no 'good' time to ask her those questions because even with stats at 100 she got angry, so I did 2 and can recover those points quite quickly, I am always trying to work on Amy stuff, but the Yvette one has been there for so long I wanted to get them done. I guess I better start checking what 'final' things are available per girl and work out who to go for next...seems the sun lounger is a good place to have sex though...at least Jessica thought so...lol

When looking at game scenes on your phone, how do you get back to the overview screen? I simply can't figure it out
I only have the option to close the phone entirely. There does not seem to be a "back-to-the-overview-screen-button"?



By the way: have you ever noticed that the railing intersects with the horizon? There is only one logical explanation: when entering Joy's office, through some magic (likely wormhole physics), you end up on a rocking boat somewhere off Holiday Island! Maybe Joy's yacht that was mentioned before?

But clicking the right low corner button will close the preview and bring you back to the phone screen you had before.
Mouse hover says "Close image preview"
