She can't be recruited, however if u are playing version .0.93 she does make appearances on the island and u have opportunities to "get to know her better"

I want to share the results of the 10$+ patron polls for 0.1.0 beta with you. The result will be used to direct the content of the 0.1.0 beta.
We had two polls.
First one was for the focus girl for 0.01.0 beta.
This one was as close as it gets.
With Heather as the winner, getting 39% of the patron votes.
Second place goes to Jessica with 37% of the votes.
Desire and Renée scoring third and fourth.
Since the result was that close, the content will be splitt between Heather and Jessica. Both girls getting a fair share of new renders and story.
Second one was for focus area for 0.1.0 beta.
We had a clearer result in this one.
The winner with almost 50% of the votes is the massage area
Second place goes to wet T-shirt contest with 37% of the votes.
Since both areas can use a lot of new renders, the 0.1.0 beta will get new massage renders.
But the second placed wet T-shirt contest is not forgotten. It will be added as a content addon for 0.1.0 beta later. Maybe as a 0.1.1 or 0.1.2

Is there a walkthough or guide for this game? I know that the game is pretty straight forward but I'm not really familiar in this type of gameplay. I just recently started playing 'western' made/styled adult games giving me more choices other than Japanese VNs and Eroge

Because back when HI was young on Patreon there was a large vote on all girls. This vote showed and resulted in a number of things.
You can skip to the last part for the answer on Eva if the general info is wall of text.
Showed
- General order of preference of all girls, which was the purpose of the poll (286 total votes, so highly representative)
- That all Favorites without exception are busty or more, example,
The no 1 favorite, Yvette, alone had more votes than all small/medium combined (45 to 5+6+10+16 = 37).
The first non busty, Renee, came in 9th of then 14 girls (Only beating Eva, the lowest busty performer at 11 votes and Ivy who is a gigant muscle girl to a degree that she was not seen as a "busty" as such).
(the lower spots were : Eva 10th, Lacey 11th, Ivy 12th, Brenda 13th, Delizia 14th if any wonders about that)
- That the variety part of Darkhounds vision had relatively little direct vote support. But in comments and talks had some more backing than direct vote alone (and was decided to be kept in the game as, well, variety).
Resulted in
- Considerations to replace the two lowest performers of each type, Delizia and Eva, who did not fall under a 'protected' category (Variety - Brenda, Special/Fun - Ivy).
Brenda was the only dark skinned girl in the game, and fell under variety/diversity. She was thus kept. (I suppose she would have been replaced if Natasha had been in the game then, but thats a moot speculation. Natasha wasnt and She was kept)
Ivy was considered a special girl. She was kept for variety and fun (ex breast bump is amusing)
- After post-vote consideration no girl was replaced (with the : "at that point/for now" disclaimer attached).
I doubt any will be replaced, but since both Delizia and Eva has little content (beyond the basic character renders etc) they are as such open to be replaced and a low "cost" for a more popular choice or upgraded in a make-over to make them more attractive choice.
(both good as far as I am concerned, I do like Eva, but I'd take an makeover/upgrade of her to a generation2 "voted in girl" level, if possible ie. bit of face work, a nicer smile, try different hair cuts on her and vote in a poll? maybe a bit more chest (slim and very stacked with friendly smile rarely go wrong). Delizia I'd just straight up trade off
for a new voted in girl)- A general guideline of popularity and where content would to some degree come first.
Which is the answer to your question.
Eva being the lowest busty performer has little content and is in waiting position for her turn. And it is likely due to that vote performance and the post-vote evaluation of her that followed (=generic busty).
