Do you need to download something more than the mega? I just get a adobe version that says it needs some sort of support. PLS HELP!

If you are downloading from Mega, DO NOT use their downloader or import into their app. Go directly through your browser or a program like jdownloader.
You want to download the file HolidayIsland-0.1.2.0-pc .7z which is approximately 630mb in size. If you are downloading something other than that you have been hijacked and are not getting the correct file to download.

Not sure exactly what you have tried as you didn't say. However, the hints are high charm, erection, etc. If Yvette always falls asleep, she needs higher endurance. Getting caught isn't always a good thing, meaning you don't always have to sneak into the bathroom. There are a whole bunch of variables that make up those scenes so save early and often, then reload and change one or two until you find all the endings.

Did you even put your mouse over the placeholders? Two are for sexting images received which are random sexts and can come from a number of different girls. The other two say 'Breast Bump' and give hints. If that isn't enough, there is a little box in the upper right of this screen labeled 'Search'. Try searching Ivy Breast Bump and you'll get 4+ pages of results.
I had played a version and recently got back here again and downloaded the main page version to continue. What I'm a little confused about is some of the changelog updates seem to be there, but others don't. Specifically Heather, no poledance options exists, and after beating her at poker no lapdance option. Is there some other flags I need to complete to unlock those?

In order to unlock Heather poledance scene you have to complete her selection clothes event before.
This one triggers randomly when you are heading to your room at morning or noon. There must be one of the small breasted girls in the island as well. Is a bit tough to trigger but it will sometime. Just keep trying.
Well, the experts can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure you get the same number of starting girls, no matter what you pick. It's just a question of which ones get prioritized. Also, you can invite more girls later in the game anyway.

Eva walk on the beach doesn't solve her quest about "learning about her breast enhancement". At least it doesn't solve it in my game.

And it never will. At least not in this version. According to the developer's Patreon page, it was either spend another week or two trying to finish the renders or release the version with the final part of the quest/scene incomplete. Obviously he choose to release the version with all its other content.

According to Darkhound, the work to complete it is repetative and boring.
Plus, he's got a lot of ideas he wants to add; so I don't think we'll see it in the next update. Maybe 1.4?
