I would like to see a story after the island, it could be a little story for each girl (if you managed to get all scenes with all girls, there would be a harem story) or it could be an entire sequel.

It depends on the ending that the creator has planned, but a few different endings as text over a single image might be doable. Of course, it's possible that a sandbox game may never be entirely done.

My ending prediction:
Based on the story so far, I'm pretty sure the story will have all the women turning into undead vampires who survive off of the bodily fluids of MC when the scientific experiments get out of control and MC is the last human male on earth who has been engineered to live off of Natasha's breast milk.
Or maybe MC and Yvette will settle down in southern California and live happily ever after.
I'd be fine with either outcome

Actually, you are the one who sends for Joy on the third meeting. Only piping in because that one is special, but you need to do Eva's boobs quest until the end to send for Joy at reception.
