Most moaning right now is trolls etc. being attracted to a new version being released and thinking this thread runs like a normal porn game thread starts bitching, moaning etc, which then the torrent of smacks, facepalm, and general abuse coming their way then quickly teaches, it does not.
That aside,
Gotten better? Down to preference and taste. The only thing that can be said for certain is that there is more and the image quality has gone up to HD/HD+ resolutions for new images.

Well the Patreon grew 50%, so some did. And it is a zero drama place. So no issues there either.
It is probably fair to say that those who like it, got a lot more of what they like.
Which is as it should be.

Think we all have tried thinking "if only this was more to our preference/taste" for one game or another at some stage.
But this is boob heaven (the patreon front page's "parade of enormous boobs", Game banner and of course the Deviant Art) which most here love about the game (me included, but I do like Ivy a lot, so hey, muscular
).Darkhound has in his 15 + 5 girl line up already spread himself out a lot, to a degree that is almost overwhelming even his enormous production of content.
So we'd need more Darkhounds and some of those Darkhounds would have to prefer smaller boobs (so we'd need his clones to be imperfect copies
)Fun aside, The way is being a patreon and voting each time the chance comes up (HI has a tradition for patreon voting amongst the choices darkhound offers).
It won't give small/normal realworld girls, but more Delizia, Lacey content or types, which is what counts for small here or Ivy (Muscular).

I am enjoying the game though, that is actually my only pet peve with games now everything is Big+ when it comes to Brest sizes. I would like more games with Smaller Brest.

)Think it is a totally fair preference and HI is a great game, which we of course all would like to have more of our own preferences in (I'd like a Darkhound busty version of BioShock Infinite's Elizabeth, what can i say, she is cute
)Currently the only way for ex. small/normal or new girls is being a patreon and voting when Darkhound puts votes up and offering suggestions when he opens for that.

Either I'm confused about the rules of strip poker or this creator has no idea how it works. I fold and my opponent puts back on an article of clothing but they can fold 3 hands in a row and not remove a single article....or I win a hand and no clothes are removed?!?! THAT'S NOT HOW THE GAME IS PLAYED!! Fix this absurd version of strip poker otherwise it'll take ages to get the girl naked.

First time I played the game I didn't cheat at poker, I just used rollbacks to have a better hand, it's a bit long but doable.

Or use the poker cheat to display whose hand will win so you can just fold and start new hands.

If she didn't arrive on the plane with you, just play for a couple of weeks or so. Eventually you will get the ability to pick and choose who you want on the island, for a price.

Is there something wrong with two "starting girls" you picked in the beginning ? Coz look like it's not correct girls appear on the island . I have started a new game and i chose Alice and Amy and only Amy appear with other girls and Alice didn't . In my second and third try same thing happened , Amy and other girls (but not Alice) . I get a correct girls at fourth time
And for starting options I always picked same things (huge boob , voluptuous/curvy and average body , average heigh , no for amazon , yes for melon size , good looking , amy and alice)

I'd suggest Charm as the choice for most starting players. It allows you to succeed in a number of situations which you otherwise cannot. Quickly getting 4 in Charm in general helps a lot. But up to ones playstyle.
