I believe it is a random event. You might increase the odds by sending girls home that also have hallway or events that trigger on the way to your room.
Thanks. I finally got it after sending someone home and just going to my room every half hour. So thats everything except for all the Guess Who's. Gotta keep working on those

If there is one of the eligible girl for the gym shower event (desire, eva, ...) in the main gym area: there is 50% one of them will be in the shower. Then there is 75% chance that she put the sign "girl in the shower" but if you enter when the sign is on: the girl will be piss.

Amy can't be in her Sling Bikini. She has fewer options because the renders don't exist yet.
