For me it was a resolution problem.
Game (0.190 beta version) is unplayable under 1024x768, but works fine under 1280x960.

Game doesn't seem to let you do custom res anymore(can't manually resize the screen) so only works with a few different resolutions it seems, not cool

If you play at full screen, you already have 1920x1080.
Windowed 1920x1080 mode does not work on a 1920x1080 screen, because you would need about 40 pixels in height on top of the 1080, which you don't have. Depending on your PC, this would either freeze, crash ren'py or you would simply get a window that is bigger than your screen size, which would suck too.
The images displayed are the same. All the screen resolution options do is to auto resize the screen.
With the last version I was able to play with custom window sizes and play full screen windowed(which I liked), doesn't let me do that anymore as it just keeps going back to the smaller windowed size when trying to manually size or double click or alt enter. No other way to do full screen windowed?

No need to update the OP, since nothing critical or game breaking has been fixed. I will release 0.1.9.1 soon.
- To be able to have all resolution options, you can use the "screens.rpyc" file from the attached zip. With this file you have 4 resolution options. "manual resize", 1280x720, 1920x1080, 2560x1440 if your screen has a high enough resolution
If you select "manual resize", you have the old logic back and you can use your mouse to resize the screen or use the maximize button. - Some images were scaled wrong in achievements, give present and grope. The files "actions.rpyc" and "gui_screens.rpyc" will fix that.
- The file "gui_screens_new_ui.rpyc" will add a new button to hide the watch when it is permanently shown. This is not a bug fix, but it will require less clicking now to switch the watch off.
Unpack the files from the zip into your "wherever you installed HI"\game folder and overwrite the existing one.

Did the resolution fix. Played for a bit maybe 1min. Game crashed with error. Reloaded - shows the below error.

It's a completely different problem. Don't go to the new player room, use the app to delete all your wall pictures. One of them is scaled/resized wrong.
This has nothing to do with the patches or the new game version.

You complete the other quests and also find Amy and Jennifer talking together as they sit at the nightbar.
Guys in changelog says that we have Natasha's "breast expansion" quest but how to start it? Can somebody say please?
