I don't understand. Nothing seems to do anything. I can press the space bar and that makes the "space" button disappear for some time, but nothing else does anything.

Did you figure since your post that you have to spam space until bar above fills up and then click that droplet so guy cums and bar depletes?

And did anyone figure out where damn saves are, I'm safekeeping saves and I can't find where they are saved?
Of course they are in a fucking registry.

I would appreciate if someone can share a save file because i hate puzzles in those games.

Move your mouse, how fast you move your mouse is how fast the action goes.

Make sure to back up your Assembly-CSharp DLL before replacing.
