For those wondering how to get the wake up sex scenes you need to keep progressing the main story by interacting with the tv and doing all you can for both of the girls eventually you will get a cut scene that enables you to do a new mini game and will announce that the wake up content is now active.

Got the wake up scene but cant seem to get more than 1 scene from each girl.

How do I progress this? everytime I exit the mini game this comes up.

Finally figured out the wakeup scenes. It's checking for clarity level 2, not 2 or greater. If you upgrade to 3 before unlocking the bj wakeups, you're locked out.

Either start over or edit your save to make claritylv == 2

Found the BJ Scenes, I've fully progressed the story on the TV and then slowly started upgrading the clarity
BJ scenes appeared on the third level of clarity, both of them
However I still don't know which parameters have to be met to unlock them
On the fourth level of clarity (MAX level) I don't have any scenes (Dunno, maybe they will be in the next update)

No, no, this one doesn't count, you need the clarity upgrade which is in the personal upgrades like stamina, health and so on
