Well...she starts by a Mental by 100. if its drops by 50, than the Barrier will Break and a Dialoge will tiggered:
The lower the mental number is, the higher to get pregnant by someone!
a second Dialoge will get tiggered ifThe mental drops by 20.

Well, its very easy to explain how to use

.First of you need to catch the game while its running:
After that the Hex data seach (so i call it) is unlock.
well, next you must now how much your mental have:
catch this number (so 100 in this scennshot) to the hax data seach:
you see there is to many for the value 100. so we must change the value in game! (like to have sex with an enemy)
It's enough if the enemy just inserts his penis!
you see the mental number drops by 99:
this number we add in the hex seach again and click to "next Scan":
and look here! there is just one entry here! we found the correct mental value!
to change the number, you must just clicked and press enter (defult hotkey setting).
you can move the value to the lower window to save it:
Thats a simble guide to how to use cheat engine. in some games it not work or the value have a different script.
in some games when you start the game it change the Address so save a file makes no sense.
