There's a choice between the son being either adoptive or blood related to the MC at the very beginning of the game, so I don't know how to actually tag this one. But "true" should work, I guess?
Anyway there's currently little content in the game - one sex scene with the MC and her husband, one sex scene between two other characters (no incest) and one dream scene at the end of the current version where the MC gives blowjob to her son. The game is nothing special, but if you like mommy-the-protagonist corrupting her not so innocent son games - you'll like this one too, I think. Hopefully it won't get abandoned.

Edit: Oh, it turns out the game I was talking about isn't actually deleted from F95/this thread - it was just under "Dead Zone" tag - True Bond.

Sounds like My Sister My Roommate, but they were in college together. It has some funny moments. My favorite being when the Dev borrows the NTR douche from Big Brother and kills him off.
