Most of the games on the list are like this. Then you'd have a lot of games to take off the list.
After all, part of the essence of the list is games where there is an incest concept. Maybe someone will see a game like this, with adopted crap, and make an incest mod.
I think there should be a spoiler created for games that have the incest concept but no patch yet.
For example In a Scent, dev is definitely using the incest concept to get that audience ( I think incest fetish is pretty popular) but makes it in a lame manner to bypass patreon. Just like so many other games

By the way I made a patch for "In a Scent" for myself, but I didn't post it, I wasn't sure. The mc is an incubus, so I changed the "lore" of the games world a bit, like incubi reproduce through humans, and Ma (that's her name) is the biological mother.

I agree, Intertwined should not be on the list. Played years ago hoping for family fun times and never got them. A functioning Ipatch for that game would also be quite tricky. Would love to see a working Ipatch for In a Scent, really enjoyed the incest in Personal Trainer and feel like it should be in that game as well.

Intertwined is an interesting one. There is a scene in one earliest updates/episodes when MC could peep on his mother, so I guess probably a lot of people thought this was a hint that incest somehow would be added in one of the further updates, but that didn't happen. It always puzzled me, did Nyx added this just to bait or troll incest fans, or did she just had plan to add it, but ultimately scrapped it?
But on the other hand, she's known for making fun of incest very often, so the first option is could be the case.

About Juno's Task: The walkthrough is updated for Chapter 5 but the patch is not. When someone asked about it, the dev said he would update the patch soon but then deleted the post. It's been a couple of months now. He also made some hard changes in the story that would need a complete rewrite to make incest plausible. But as I said, I'll wait for the next updates to see what will happen.
About Intertwined: The game has no incest whatsoever. It was not designed to have it and neither has a fan-made patch. Many people asked to remove it before but Serj refused it. I removed Maid to Please too for the same reason, (there is also a post from the dev about it). I also removed the M/S tag from Chasing Sunset because it makes no sense. The MC's mother is dead and one of the girls is kind of her clone but it's not her and neither is a full copy of her.
Serj was very lenient in adding anything that could look like incest. In fact, he only created the MOD tag after an argument I made about removing this kind of game. They were tagged as true before. I changed my mind about games with fan-made patches being on the list (even though I personally don't like them) but I won't create a session for games with make-believe incest or that have an incest vibe. I will only add games that either have incest (originally, via an "unofficial" patch or planned) or have a fan-made patch.
About In a Scent: I have no idea what to do with it. I didn't play but I believe it falls in the same category as Fake Father and Young Again. Some characters believe that are committing incest but in fact, they aren't (or vice-versa for the F/D part of Young Again). We could maybe create a tag for it. I'm open to suggestions.

For me personally the situation is similar with game "Where The Heart Is", which theoretically has "fan made incest patch" which changes some of dialogue and tries to make Monica MC's mother and Kate and Jenna MC's sisters but even though I am a big incest fan myself in the case of this game, which is also one of my favourite games, I think that this incest mod makes absolutely no sense and does not fit in with the whole story of the game.
And to be honest I once tried to play this game with this incest mod out of curiosity, but I quickly gave up because as I wrote earlier I think that the original storyline of this game without incest makes a lot more sense.
And I'm sure that on the list in the OP we can probably find a few more games similar to the few mentioned here, which don't really have incest originally planed and even though for some of these games we have a "fan made incest patch" the story in such games doesn't really fit the incest theme.

And I'm in favor of patches like Where The Heart Is patch.
As a true incest lover, not some poser, I'm not looking for a super deep plot, it's porn, it's all about the sex scenes.
When a dude lives under the same roof with a super loving "landlady" and his "roommate", it's just bullshit to bypass patreon, any other excuse is crap. Games like this need a patch.

Everyone likes what they like and I never deny that.
And you are right that such a scenario in 99% of actual games fits the scenario of incest but in my personal opinion this game is in that 1% missing percentage and for me in games with incest plot is also very important and not only sex scenes, and despite that I still consider myself a true incest lover too and I can also add, which may surprise you, that I play these games not for fap but for the pleasure of playing them, so that's why the plot in such games is also important to me.

We just have a different approach to it. That's why in the list to such games is the tag "mod", you will pass by, but I will be interested.

So it's not a good idea to take games like this off the list.

Read carefully in the thread of this game and you will finally know that there will never be any incest in this game, even MC will not have any chance to bang his milf neighbour Mellisa with whom he had one sex scene in the game but it was only his dream and in reality dev Nyx has no plans for Mellisa to be one of LI, and as for tempting us with the mother MC, from the very beginning Nyx is clearly trolling all incest fans with it, but she herself has officially confirmed many times that she has no plans to add incest in her game or anything that is against the rules of patreon, because this platform is her only source of income from this game. In addition, Nyx's trolling of incest fans goes much further, because if you've played the last update that came out today you probably know what kind of cliffhanger it ended with, and if anyone thinks that this cliffhanger is just another announcement that maybe there will be an incest in this game after all, they are 100% wrong because when there will be next update or few updates then for 100% Nyx will turn this situation in such a way that there will still be no chance for any incest whether it blood related or even step incest because she just loves to troll fans in her game and she is a master of creating new drama in this game.
So if anyone still believes that there is any chance of an incest in this game with Emily so MC mother, then they need to find someone who can not only create a fan made incest patch for it but also make additional renders that will add such scenes to this game.
Why would you say that? There is no sex between the mother and son and daughter yet, but there will be.

I've seen devs say officially more than once that "there is no incest" in their games, and "it's just landlady". And then a patch comes out and everything changes.
When the game is complete and there is nothing incestuous, that's when it should be removed.
Until then, it should be on the list, with a note that "maybe nothing will happen"
Or make a separate spoiler for those games with "Schrodinger's incest"

And you can believe me that at the beginning I was a very big fan of this game "Intertwined" and for me it was almost on par with the game "Where The Heart Is" in the very forefront of my favorite games but unfortunately it was this trolling of the dev and this all the time teasing players from the very beginning with Emily so MC mom even though she (Nyx) officially announced that she has no plans for incest in this game and later more and more of these dramas was created in this game despite the lack of explanation of the existing ones, plus the negation of many quite important characters in the game such as one of the main LIs Eryn which after over 3.5 years, still does not have a single real sex scene in the game so that's why all of this together is slowly discouraging me from playing this game unfortunately.

To your questions:
First, it's not about being right or wrong. People have different tastes and opinions. Serj has an opinion and I have another. My disagreement with him doesn't mean that he was wrong and I'm right or vice-versa. I respected Serj's opinion and kept contributing to this thread, quite a lot in fact. It was out of respect for what he had built that I decided to take over the topic rather than let it die.
This thread is about incest-related games, as you said. So keeping games that have no incest whatsoever just because some people wish they had it is misleading. It would make people play a game for content that is not there. If one day Intertwined includes incestuous content or someone creates a patch to rewrite the story, I'll put it on the list. Until then, it will be out and I won't create another section for it.
About real incest games, patches, mods, etc. If someone makes a game with incest in it and wants it to be on Patreon and Steam, they will find a way to do it, as 99% of the devs did. They will either give the player the choice to input the relationship or create an "unofficial" patch. In the past, the devs were open about it, but recently the majority of them don't talk openly afraid that someone could report them.
BTW, when we talk about a game having incest content is not only about the sexual act itself but also romance, sexual desire, and lust. A Wife and a Mother, for instance, have no sexual act, but everything else is there and it's very clear to everyone. Intertwined and others may have a vibe or a hint of incest in a scene or two, but the rest isn't there, and not everyone agrees that there is something in it.
So if a game doesn't have the incest tag, doesn't have incest in the Genre section, or as planned in the Developer Notes section, has no in-game relationship input, no "unofficial" patch, no fan-made mod, and many players said that it doesn't have incest, you can be sure that the game is not about incest and it won't be on this list.

I gave up on Intertwined a long time ago. While the Devs obvious disdain for players with an incest fetish was one of the reasons, another big one was, that the story become so intertwined it should have changed its name to jumbled nonsensical mess. It doesn't even make sense anymore. It's worse than a telenovela at this point, just drama for the sake of drama.

The content before CH5 is the same but the new one has no patch for it. In this case, the script needs to be heavily modified to fit incest. There is also a character background and a scene that may need to be redone.
