The Patreon version is without incest and the subscribestar version is with incest. Patreon only investigates if someone reports them it is not unusual that a project "survives" longer than one year.
I think as long as there is no link/connection between the Patreon version and the SubscribeStar version then this should be fine? But I assume he promotes both versions otherwise how would people find his SubscribeStar account that would be against the guidelines.
