I keep playing because the entire time I was hoping that the story would get better. It's not the only game I dislike that I've done that for, I try to give everything a far chance and sometimes games actually do get better once you get past the beginning. I'm reluctant to report it as the dev has it on Patreon and dropped a big red flag in one of the Patreon posts (he dropped the M wordand there's a chance it'll get purged here before the end of this weekendsince Simpsons games also have a poor history here.
