2D incest games? Check out Siren's Domain stuff-Zombie's Retreat, Town of Passion, House Chores, etc.
Confined With Goddesses is great, though the patch is not.
Good Girl Gone Bad had an amazing F/D path, but since Dev took over the thread, the patch might be hard to find.
There are also a ton of 2D Japanese incest games, but my favorite is probably Melty's Quest.
SHELTER-An Apocalyptic tale, is pretty good, and I can't remember if Ravager, The Last Sovereign, or Seeds of Chaos have incest stuff, but they are great 2D games.

The German one you played is Family Vacation. Not much else with a full family other than what's been mentioned. There's Summer Story, but it's a slow burn with even slower updates. There's a recent obvious Desert Stalker knock-off called Kingdom's Bane which has a son included, but the writing/grammar is obviously not in native English and who knows if it will get past 0.1 - many games don't.

Incest with sharing/swinging has slightly more content and you can at least find most of them by putting both tags in the search (though not all results are both at the same time). Some highlights of what I've actually played are Solvalley School (has things like a mom-swap), Photo Hunt (some routes), Sins of Night (still early but keep an eye on it or check out his previous Love & Vice for a taste), The Keymaster and Roundscape Adorevia (same dev as Starmaker Story, but a huge RPG - pick Farmer start for mom content).

Obviously, it's an NTR heavy game - MC's mom fucks and gets fucked with/by everything that moves, and makes a cuckold out of the MC. And even though the game has "Training" in its title there's no "training" gameplay at all - it's just a VN game with choices. At least in one scene MC has a chance to have sex with the mom himself (and not just watch someone else doing this for him), but it involves sharing her with another character.
There's also seems to be a path where you can keep the mom for yourself only, but I'm not 100% sure about that. Good game with some nice looking mom if you're into that stuff, though.

Yes. Confusion. The MC is trans (born male). I highly recommend it. I'm not a fan of trans/futa, but I decided to try this one and I don't regret it at all.
There is also Eruption Imminent, but it has been a while since I played it.
