the character making system is very bad currently. not only the slide is not predictable, but most importantly, the character's keep moving, changing facial expression..... how are you suppose to edit.

Latest patch on Patreon has less facial expressions during character creation for this exact reason.

And the launcher.exe from another DL (pixeldrain I think) got quarantined because of "Trojan.GenericKD.66768288".

Maybe; maybe not. It acts up too rarely to risk it when it does. I'll keep my eyes on an eventual Itch release & maybe check out a future upload here if that takes too long.

I downloaded from anonfile. I ran both a Malwarebytes and Microsoft Defender scan on all extracted files and no warnings appeared. When attempting to run the "Home Togther Launcher.exe", windows 10 blocks it with SmartScreen. After what you posted I am weary of running it. Even the launcher is misspelled.

SmartScreen is extremely hostile towards pirated content nowadays, or at least feels that way in my experience. Twice so, if you're using niche pirated software, like this.
The cherry on top was when it decided my simple python script I wrote for converting data was a l33t haxx0r trojan.

That said, I haven't checked the file in question, so the best AV remains CommonSense 2023.
