You don't need a mod, because you can literally modify EVERYthing. I am unable to give you a detailed guide (bc I'm not playing the game atm). There is a edit tab for every preset and you can even create a woman from scratch.

And a note to all these "This is a tech demo"-blabla: This is a fuck simulator. Yes, you could also tag it as an "Animation Viewer", but ya'll don't seem to understand the game mechanics.
It's 99% sandbox.
You kinda build your own "story", more like directing a single scene of a porn movie.

If you were looking for something with immersion, storytelling, progression, then this game is not for you. Time to accept it and move on.

Operation Lovecraft is not a game, it's a gatcha lottery simulator, it's a scam to get money, good luck trying to unlock content by playing.

I personally think Carnal Instinct (UE5 VERSION) is quite good on steam, hope the dev would work faster tho, big updates are slow.

Haven't seen any, and given the fact we've posted the game here I'd suspect there's none. Actually there's some DRM in the form of some weird number verification system, but it's all manual and not software.
