Nah unfortunately. You'll need to copy/paste your stuff from the old install to the new one.

I have always just taken whatever was in the main folder of the new one, and pasted and overwritten everything into the old main folder with it. Hasnt failed me yet in over 10 versions.

Might need to re-unlock the full version with a new code, but that's easy enough.
But my previously made chars are all still there.
