I cant find any of the girls outside of the school girl.

Sayaka- talk to 2 homeless in the park(dont know the time), goto mansion on the same map at night
Harumi- comic store bottom left map, evening
Arisa- top right map, the middle house, noon

Enter is the dialogue progress button. It is stupid, but deal with it.

this is not a RPG maker game,
use the money you you see on the screen and you'll find the number source like any other game
