Program don't start for me : I just get a green screen for 1 second, then it turns black and nothing else.
Still, the program takes like 1% of CPU and 20% GPU but shows nothing.
All the other Godot programs I got (5) run good... And I did myself some trying with Godot engine, 2 years ago, without any problems.
What is your Godot version ?

BTW, it should be better to compress the all directory, not the files themselves.

If it may help : I have Win10, Ryzen 5, 16 RAM GB, GeForce RTX2060 12GB.

Driver problem, some people have problems with Vulkan version and some people have problems with Open GL. You seem to have OpenGL problems.

The name change option doesn't work when you play the Intro, but afterward it's OK
In the first dialogue when MC present himself to Jess he says:"I'm oliver".
Also when Jess respond the choosen name ends with"ver".
With Max she says:"Maxver, what a nice name" Then I tried with a longer name but it doesn't change anything with Pascal she says:"Pascalver, what a nice name"
This happens only in the Intro, afterwards the choosen name is correctly written

You saw 2 out 4 known instance where it didn't change, fixed with the version b.

Why can't you just use the simplest renpy engine?

Aside from the bugs, I think it was a good update. I like how slowly everything develops; I like the slowly building exhibitionism and the playful interaction. I have to say, I like the direction the game is going in.
If it weren't for the awful engine and the sometimes poor rendering quality, this would probably be the best True Bond legacy. Although, I still think it is because it best captures the spirit of the original.

It's NOT an OpenGL problem bub... just double checked and using both the latest OpenGL and NVidia drivers and I'm getting the same issue.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE NVIDIA DRIVERS THAT DOESN'T LET ME START AND STAYS ON THE BLACK SCREEN, ANY SOLUTION, HELP ME!
