Just focus on working, you'll really need the money. If some action is needed just check the phone and the girls' profile.

You have to use the last button on the right (the planet), to acess the map. How to navigate within the building, i can't help you. And probably no one can, either, since i've been asking for help about this, for weeks and no one answers.
Normally, it would be trough that door in front of the desk, You would be able to choose wherever you wanted to go (maria's office, the bedrooms, the cafe, check your mail box, etc), but if you're having the same issue as me, then you probably won't be able to acess nothing but the cafe and the mail.

There are no bugs here, it’s just poor wording and an unfortunate sandbox design. When the game tells you to 'go visit X' or 'go talk to X,' sometimes (in the early game) it means 'call X' and other times (in the mid to late game) it means 'go to the X room' Rooms open up after you develop a certain level of relationship or complete specific quests. If you find yourself stuck, try making a call, and if that doesn’t help, just progress with other girls or quests until you trigger an event.
