That's illusion for you. Some of the mechanics and/or menus have always been confusing and unintuitive. HS2 is kind of a step back in some ways.
Is anybody else having a problem with extracting the game after downloading it? Every time it reaches 70% complete an error pops up so I can't even get it ready to play.

Worked fine for me. Might either be some corruption from download or corruption from overclocking CPU/RAM.

You mean every new game coming from Illlusion nowadays.
Instead of working more on AA2's concept, they came up with Koikatsu which eliminated npc x npc relationships, only 1 male character, even lesser maps/zones to visit etc.
Then comes EmotionCreators which is basically a lame version of Koikatsu. Next we get A.I shoujo which resembles Artificial girl, but again with no actual improvements in terms of gameplay. And here we get HS2 which is just A.I engine, slap with HS's gameplay. Everything is just 1 step forward and few steps back.

honetly, if they don't make really good dlc, this game is just a copy, very disappointed.

I agree. The only step forward has been graphics and customisation options but at the expense of pretty much everything else. Thank god Illusion games have the modding community, making most of their games half decent after a few months.

If I read correctly, once 2.0 comes out, there will be an updater option. Until then, free releases are just full downloads, because it's not worth their time to do an updater when the version number/content is changing so little, yet so quickly.

Oof, well, lets wait then x) Its just apparently 1.1 is containing some very useful fixes and new content so yeah, wanted to upgrade.
