Thanks for chiming in
Wow, this sounds really cool! I also wanna create some exotic girls such as demons or robos. Tbh so far I always used the 100% save file and never went through the story because I don't expect that there's any story, deep interactions, or engaging animated story set pieces in Illusion games. But maybe I could be wrong and I should give playing it "honest" a try sometime.
You are kind of the total opposite player type of me haha. I always get hung up on the creation part. Making the pretty girls is really the core of the experience for me

So for you I suppose it's more about creating a really nice looking scene in the studio or getting that VN-esque bonding experience in the main game?
It's interesting to hear your personal view on this topic. So does that mean that you don't get sexually engaged by this, well, sex game? Don't get me wrong, I don't want to make this sound judgemental or disparaging. IRL, I also can't/don't want to connect to other people sexually unless I am emotionally attached to them and know them very well. But Illusion games are different, I only (and can only) really appreciate superficial things like Girl A's waist-to-hip ratio or Girl B's eye makeup.
I suppose part of the reason is the fact that even though HS2 probably is one of the most "advanced" H games out there, the interactivity and the story still feel extremely shallow to me, so much so that I simply don't bother trying to connect to the characters emotionally. But if I could then this would definitely enhance the experience, because whenever I see the character intros before H starts, them saying something that matches their personality, I feel like I get a glimpse of them acting like actual human characters, instead of soulless sex toys.
Another part of the reason to me is that neither the female nor the male characters in Illusion games ever show any type of character complexity (AFAIK from what I played so far). So much so that many players like myself will gladly use the built-in option to blur the male into a blue silhouette instead of seeing him together with the girl. Of course, changing this would mean that they have to invest into better writing, an actual story, more animation set-pieces etc. etc. So I understand why they haven't done something about it so far, but I also think this is holding their games back a lot.
Sorry for the novel hehe, see ya!
