Normally your Win install on SSD should recognize that there is another windows on your PC, so deinstall it carefully.

No clue if there is an influence to your HS2, but if you have the drive space try first the advise from aru and move your game to another drive.
For HS2 is not a really installation you only copy and paste and make a new shortcut to new InitSetting.exe location.

Btw if you have enough drive space free on your SSD this location will give your HS2 a remarkable performance boost anyway

I read years ago that SSDs can suddenly fail. Since this caused some fear in me, I decided to keep a spare windows installed on my hard drive.
For now, I have 2 harddisk and 1 SSD. SSD 250GB with Windows installed. It will not be enough for Honey select.
I use one of my hard drives only for work and it's pretty full. The other one is "I"
Well.. Seems like i have to go shopping for another harddrive soon.

It is possible, with your character creations you can create your own scenes in StudioNEO - and even animated.
But it requires a lot of experience to reach sufficient results.

The more popular engine to create visual novels is Ren´Py.

I'm trying to create my own NV using Ren' Py. I'm looking into software to make my game but I'm so lost on what to use. From your comment I'm assuming I can use Honey Select 2 with a software like StudioNeo to create animated scenes which can then be rendered/used in Renpy. Did I get that right?

From what I understand, yes. You can use Ren'py as your primary visual novel engine while using Honey Select 2's Studio Neo to create scenes for screenshots and short video clips. Insert said screenshots and video clips into your Ren'py visual novel, and you're cooking.

The total installation is big indeed.

Hi guys, I have a question about graphics cards and in particular the RTX 4000 series, I'm thinking of buying a 4070 and I would like to know if there are problems with them like with the 2000 series and the 3000 series.
I'm also wondering if 12 VRAM is enough even for demanding scenes in a neo studio. So if anyone owns any graphics from the 4000 series I would be glad if they would share their experience and FPS in HS2 and studio neo, eventualy share the whole pc setup.

Not quite sure what you´re meaning with "updates"

If you have an older Repack version I recommend a complete new download/install (

) in contrast to going step by step with upgrade files from here

If you meant the Sideloader mods update (InitSettings or KK-Manager) the download size is depending which category you´re needing. For the game alone you don´t need Items for Studio and Extra Maps - deselect them before starting the update.


Anyway I recommend to keep the mods you need always up to scratch to avoid troubles with new created cards.

Hello, recently I have been wondering if there is a mod that will allow any girl with any mood to use any position? I tried position selector 2.0.2 but that bricks the game with the kkmanager updates I just ran. I also cannot seem to get Straddle insertion to show up anymore regardless of what stats I set the girl to, does anyone have any ideas?

BetterRepack comes with uncensor.
If you have it censored, that means you downloaded the wrong one.

If you have the BetterRepack you should have a folder "Sideloader Modpack-Uncensor Selector" in mods.
Then u can choose a naked body in Body Shape/Overall/Uncensor Selector.


As AmaNo answered maybe you don´t have the BetterRepack downloaded.
So far I know is the Steam base game also censored, then you need the SB3 Patch from here

Maybe you downloaded the wrong version or pack. Only download from BetterRepack's site or the mirrors provided there. Dont download from random site.
BetterRepack comes with all the necessary mods and plugin for it works.

Wich mods you´re talking about?
If you have the BetterRepack (actually R13) all mods for the game are included, you don´t necessarily need others.
If you mean Optional Sideloader Modpack Studio (~160GB pack) this is only for StudioNEO, you can´t use and see them in the game.
