No, unfortunately not. AIS and HS2 cards are compatible with RG, but not the other way around.

1000 times posted here: best game location is on top of a drive and NOT C:\ - avoid game locations of the Windows System, there might happen access restrictions.
Move your game to D:\HS2 for example.
I can only see the default characters when I try to choose the player.
How can I choose a character from the subfolders?
Also, do I need to save a futa under male to choose them?

access to the Subfolders with the Load Option
save the Futa under female, the choose it as a second player if you want.

Sorry buddy, it's really just a genetics game at that point. Though you can always try a pump.
Jokes aside, this is how you would resolve it in studio (just use the accompanying size slider in that same menu). Not sure if it's possible in the main game, someone who is more intimate in character creation might be able to answer that.

To add jojo: selecting a Player you only have access to the folders UserData/male and UserData/female.
For female you only can select Futa characters

May be a stupid question but if I download the repack do I have to download the base game. Currently downloading both. Never mind, literally looked in the pages before this and it was answered. It does include the base game for anyone else looking for the answer!

C is fine... As long as you do not use pre-created system folders like "Windows" or "Program Files". These can easily screw third-party dlls and exes without legit signatures.
And now you can easily remove windows path limitation instead obsolete "top of a drive" practice. Like, since 2016.

Nope if you sideload the mods which 99% will do, it can cause problems, same as Skyrim you don't install under C because of mods and the system can bork it because of permission
just saying remember most USERS are not tech savvy they just download and play and when shit hit's the fan then they come looking for help lol.
