It looks like her bones have been altered. You can reset them in the advanced bone mod menu. That or the overall scaling has been lowered, the legs or lower body scales should be "100%" for default.
Guys, I need help, I downloaded the torrent beterrepack version of the game. I click on the arrows on the help screen and I cannot get into the game, how can I fix this?

Seems that the y leg scale is changed below 100. At 100, they are on the ground; below that, the char is "floating" in char maker; above that, the feet are "sticking in the ground".

That was exactly it! Somehow the Whole Leg Scale Y was reduced. I usually never touched that setting before! Thank you!

As for what specific solution, I wouldn't know, but two pieces of advice: Sometimes the startup the first time you run the game can take several minutes of just a black screen or white screen, I would just run it and then go do something else for 15-20 minutes, see if it's running when you get back. If it's still not working, it sounds like an extraction error, which can only be resolved by either extracting it again (be sure you're using the latest version of 7zip, that seems to work best for this one).

I downloaded the Sideloader (237GB) and the AiO DX (68.2GB). After unpacked, altogether they are 417GB on my disk. Not sure about working via external drive. There was a general advise that the game folder should be as close to C:/ as possible, if that's your main disk.
