Probably I could unpack it fine. What did you try to extract the full archive or the split? When I try to extract the Optional Sideloader Modpack using 7zip it says "Cannnot open file as archive." Am I doing something wrong?
oh they rebranded? Searches about Illgames, and damn their new games doesn't feel/look as good as their old games. It seems they are focusing on Koikatsu like games and not creating more 3d Like games like Honey Select. I've also read that they are against modding (one of the main things that boosted their games), just like Bethesda they want to monetize mods and release microtransactions/paid mods. There are also some people saying that not all staff are probably at Illgames/ new management/owner.Dude, it's a repack: ScrewThisNoise is a legend of a modder, not the original manufacturer of the game. IllusionSoft rebranded last year and is making other games; they don't monitor this thread (nor afaik any thread in NA, being a Japanese company)
I don't get the whole rebranding thing. They apparently went bankrupt, likely because they have been re-hashing their games since forever and people noticed, and from a fresh start they... make another clone with the same engine? They should look up the definition of insanity.oh they rebranded? Searches about Illgames, and damn their new games doesn't feel/look as good as their old games. The new company name also does not seem as iconic as their old one, Illgames name seems like a generic quick cash grab H game maker (like a ton of them in steam). So it's probably only a fraction of old Illusion Soft developers created the new company to ride on the reputation of their old company (their first game is a mix of Koikatsu and HoneySelect). Another reason probably is that development for Honeyselect like games (3d games with pretty graphics) costs a lot and the profit that they gain is not that big compared to just 2d games. Anyways, hope they make 3d games again. Quite a weird move to close and immediately a new company proclaiming to be the "successor" of the old one.
It happened at about the same time as the whole Unity debacle, so most folks around that time figured that was the whole reason they went bust because Unity suddenly started back-charging game devs who used their engine -- which backfired horribly on them, but it was apparently already too late for Illusion. I dunno if anything further or at all official was ever released on that, but that was the latest I'd heard about it.I don't get the whole rebranding thing. The [DX R16] denotes a repack: that is the version info for Better Repack 16. Open Settings, then Plugin Settings, and check the decensoring. Make sure that's ON. If your stuff is still censored, then open the character in the Character Creator and manually change the decensoring type for the character (Penis and Balls for males; Pussy for females) and re-save the card. If the genitals are still pixelated after all that, something is wrong with your installation.thats the thing tho. it is

not the repack. its pixelated and im unsure how to remove that. i dont see any option.
If it was because of the Unity charges it would take a special kind of moron to continue using the same engine that brought about their downfall in the first place. I still think it's because of the repeated releases of very, very similar products that did it, but there is little concrete information about what really happened. I wont be sad if the Unity team finally shot themselves in the foot and goes under. It's been a scourge on game development for too long as it is. I know many people don't mind it but I'm not one of them.It happened at about the same time as the whole Unity debacle, so most folks around that time figured that was the whole reason they went bust because Unity suddenly started back-charging game devs who used their engine -- which backfired horribly on them, but it was apparently already too late for Illusion. Yes and as far we know it was simply a rebranding since Illusion was owned by a parent company, its the same company really just with a diferent name.If it was because of the Unity charges it would take a special kind of moron to continue using the same engine that brought about their downfall in the first place.
I dont think that was the case, its true Illusion is no longer the company that "experimented" as heavily as they did if we can call it that in some cases, after all Ai Girl was pretty much AA with crafting/building system that was the rage at the time, VR Kanojo was a VR game that was also the rage at the time ... its just they defaulted back into Koikatsu and the diversity of their titles was gone and in same there was a regression (but thats typical of gaming these days), they abandoned their "single player" games of their earlier times, Sexy Beach 2 and 3 characters were from those titles ...I still think it's because of the repeated releases of very, very similar products that did it, but there is little concrete information about what really happened.
God I hope not because then the only off-the-shelf engine you would have is Unreal Engine and do you want Tim Sweeney to have the game industry by the balls? Even big developers rather grab either UE or Unity that build their own engine and then we have the case of EA and Frostbite that was mandated no matter what game it was and was simply unsuitable for certain games, one of the major causes of the trainwreck of Mass Effect Andromeda was due to then having to use it, as much Unreal is modular and that is a lesser issue, I still dont trust Tim ... expecially after all the shit he pulled over the years to have that much power.I wont be sad if the Unity team finally shot themselves in the foot and goes under. It's been a scourge on game development for too long as it is. I know many people don't mind it but I'm not one of them.

I remember something similar to this but was modded with dead or alive girls can't remember what it was called. Well either way my pc won't run this, can't even run the first one, but sure looks good as all Illusion games look good.
me tooDownloading the "All-in-one" file gives me several data errors with 7zip, even running the test function in 7zip before unzipping gives me those errors. Is the file corrupted?
Because they have to be set to work with the main game, Studio is just a poser system were the main game needs the maps to have settings were the characters are placed, Studio only maps dont.A follow up question is Why cannot the studio zipmod map file be used in the main game. All the main game files has to be in mods\Sideloader Modpack maps from 2155X, Hooh, KKY.
Can we find more zipmod or .unity3d maps for the main game? NOT for the studio usage?
