Ferrari when licensing their cars to games I believe does not allow then to be damaged or destroyed and Ferrari doesnt even allow their cars to be modified so its not surprising they would go after mods using then because they are known to protect their image and everything is copyright/trademark ... yes, if you make a car chassis that looks like a Ferrari they will go after you.

And this is why mods should be free, moment they are monetized its when you have to play by the rules ... oh you want Stellar Blade characters in HS2? If its free its kinda of a grey zone as companies can act or not but moment you are profiting from it then its going to be loss revenue and potential image damage.

I've always liked keeping content open to everyone. I remember when content was only shared here on f95. After a few sessions ended, we moved to Discord, Our focus was always on sharing with everyone, but due to some recent events ...

I remember, It was a lot of fun seeing people come together to search for new content, sharing, and helping others who had some kind of problem or question with the game.

Unfortunately, everything ends one day; nothing lasts forever.

Xyth isnt even the problem, yes ... he is someone that overprices mods to the extreme but everyone doing the same, here is a $15 subcription and if you update to the next tier thats $25 you get everything I release this month that can be 1 new mod or 3 new mods, what a bargin and dont even get me started on "select one mod of this month" bullshit ... everyone dime a dozen, pay me $5 for a hair, pay me $10 a month for 1-5 mods ...

I figure most ae going to VAM these days. HS2 is long in the tooth, and there has not been any modder to create customs that can match VAM as yet imho.

Even still I hate VAM personally. I may not be playing it right but I find all that crazy control config shit scary as hell. By time you get a scene set up, the romance is gone. HS2 and AI Girl(Shoujo) have some amount of "heart" you could say that lets you kind of just go along for the ride. The primary config is fuck her, smack her ass, or watch a jack machine ream her. Can't argue with easy.

Well VAM is very much a pose game, HS2 as "basic" the gameplay is actually have some gameplay.

But yes, people moved on to VAM since its pretty much build to be a modular pose software thats what HS2 creators seem to had focused too much into, the Studio that meant any time a new posing software come they would either migrate or having its customers move on there ... now they either moved to VAM or are stuck creating content for a game with ever decreasing players.

I had hopes for Summer Heat but it really doesnt offer the same modding as HS2, maybe its not a engine that have support for such things or maybe its lack of interrest on even trying ...

Ferrari goes after everyone even those that promote them for free, I wonder if anyone knows how one influencer (I hate the word) got threatened with a lawsuit because he put shoes on top of his Ferrari, citing he "tarnishes the reputation of Ferrari's brands and causes Ferrari further material damage." While this is an overreach, they can legally do this.
When it comes to mods, free or paid, they can strike them all down. Most car brands don't do this as it's not worth it, Ferrari is the only one to be this draconian.

This object reads and displays normally by default. The shader is Hooh - Colorable Object Replica Parallax. Loading another shader and then reading it back does not work
However, in the studio, it is displayed that the purple material is missing.
Who can help me, please?

Guys, how many of you believe that VAM has the potential to reach, not to mention become much better and replace HS2 ?
From what I saw, VAM is like HS2's studio, but with much less mods (which can be fixed in time) but a lot more difficult to work with than HS2. No gameplay from what I saw, only scene creation. So I wonder how much potential is there in VAM. I tried it for a few days, but when I ask myself, what does VAM have which makes it so much better than HS2, I couldn't really come up with an answer. So what's your opinion on VAM compared to HS2 ?

It's been almost a year since BetterRepack R16 released, new plugins and mods have been released.
Some items on the list seem to be paid mods. These mods are not included in Better Repack.
In R16, some of the older mode components fail to load. This requires editing the CSV files, which is not easy.

Follow the steps below to update to the latest version.

1.Apply the HF patch for HS2 - this will update plugins and mods to their latest versions

You must be registered to see the links


2.Run InitSetting.exe and click on Manager

The Kkmanager window will appear, click on 'Mod Updater' to install it.


If you still see missing mods after this process, you will need to find and download them separately.

VAM is excellent in VR and the physics engine. From a photorealism perspective, VAM seems to be a bit better. HS2’s graphics have improved a lot with the help of graphics plugins, and I think it’s better in terms of Studio accessibility and ease of directing. VAM & HS2 have their own strengths and weaknesses. So I don't think one can replace the other. Here is an impressive VAM screenshot I saw.

All HS2 needs is soft body physics. If VAM's soft body physics were put in HS2, it would be fucking over for some people. Like they would really lose their job and go homeless. Dudes would be calling out sick from work on a daily basis. It would get so bad to point where the phone call to your supervisor would be, "Look man, I really gotta beat my dick, so I can't come in today. " You wouldn't even remember saying that, it's your conscious on autopilot
