Not at all, I'm using Hanmen's NEXTGEN Eye 2.5.

You say "save them as png format", which leaves me worried. If you just copy/pasted the Userdata folder that the character cards were placed in, no additional steps should have been required. It sounds to me that you potentially included an extra "save as" step that stripped the metadata that is on the original png files that come directly out of the game into the chara folder. Maybe if you walk us through the exact process you took when exporting your files, some light might be shed on what the problem is.

Yes, there shouldn't really be an extra step by saving them as .png when the game does it itself. Either I would just move them somewhere else raw or put them in a .zip or .rar file. Doing anything else risks the metadata to either be corrupted or missing.
