You can just delete them directly from the userdata/chara/female folder. You can also make subfolders to better organize your cards there.

You cannot put a tits on a male since male and female body models are completely distinct here, unlike in Koikatsu. It's also why the clothes sections are different instead of shared.
You can make a futa by either ticking the futa box in the character maker, or just slapping a scripted cock item on her in studio.

Seeing that I don't really play the main game anymore and just use Studio Neo V2, I honestly just make my male characters in the female character creator. With a bit of tweaking, you can make masculine (or at least non-feminine) characters, and female characters have a ton more clothing options than male characters. Check the 'futa' box, or use an accessory penis, put a flesh colored accessory to cover up the vagina, and viola, a dude. Just be careful of the chest area, some clothes warp slightly if your character is flat chested, since they were designed for tig ol' bitties.

No, those arent free mods so they arent in the repack.
These are the Patreon releases after they stop releasing then free because they seem to had a bit of a spat with GDC around December and locked their content, some of their newest releases are free but most of then are still locked.
It doesnt include the HDRI Cubemaps because they are pretty big files and online storage space is what it s.

With Graphics Mod enabled, I get:
~ 30-40fps in the main menu
~ 100 fps in the room menu
~ 10-20fps in character creator
~ 5-10 fps in a scene
on a RTX 5070 for reference. I think this engine is messed up with all the mods going on.

I have a 4060 and I have way better fps than this, I can keep up 50-60fps in character creator pretty consistently, though studio can rape my fps depending on what I have in the scene. My fps also drops to single digits when rendering video, but that's to be expected.
I think that you may honestly need to clean up either your mod folder or your PC as a whole.
