I don´t recommend this updating. To update one version may be an option, but you have to do 3 steps, each has the danger to corrupt your system. The "updaters" often complain troubles with the updated game.

Much easier and safer is to download/install R11 completely new. If the new install is running well you can transfer your personal stuff (UserData, MyMods, don´t forget extra plugins if you have....) from the old version.
Keep your old game as Backup until the new one is running well.

ok i repeat the process and now dont crash, in so confuse xDDD, the only thing i dont do this time was the [BR] HoneySelect 2 Registry Fixer, this time i dont use that, but other than that i do the same, well at least is fix... somehow xDD

Ahhh.....ok - thanks for the answer.

Indeed you don´t need this, the game is better running without the registry, this may cause conflict with your operating system.
So better leave the game standalone as I always do - a shortcut to InitSetting.exe on the desktop, that´s it.

gots some trouble.
I play with Oculus quest 2, via VirtualDesktop Streamer app.
Control still ok, but i can not let the character do the "action", only pick, chose setting, pose, take off clothers, can do every thing, but action.
In menu screen and faq, they said " mouse wheel: start" to start H animation but i press thumpstick (analog) or move right left, down up, but nothing happen.
Any way to fix it, guys?

I don't play in VR mode so I don't know the answer but I may have some information that will help. When I started playing HS2 on a laptop I didn't use a mouse, just the tracking pad. So I too had a problem starting the "action".
I found I could do the equivalent using two fingers back and forth on the tracking pad. It didn't work as well as a mouse which I have since bought but did work.
I'm sharing this in case it helps as I susepct in VR mode there may be some equivalent.

So the shit is starting again?
Try to remember if something was different in your old install.

Anyway pls make a screenshot of your explorer that we can see the whole filepath.

And what did you download? Splitted packs or torrent? Any error messages while download or ecxtacting?
Or did you make the update steps against my recommendation?

Things I tried:

disabled mods to see if they're causing the problem
disabled plugins to see if they're causing problem
removed winhttp+doorstep_config
update gpu driver/roll back gpu driver
removed DHH/Graphics mod
downgrade material editor
tried both HDD and SSD
tried on win10 and win11

Spec:
i7-8700k OC at 4.7G
RTX3070
16G Ram

Torrent download is a very safe method, so far you didn´t get any error messages - no need to download again.

You should try another install location, such like D:/HS2 without unnecessary subfolders. If I remember right the torrent downloaded 7zip file creates a subfolder which you don´t need.
The InitSetting.exe should be in D:/HS2.
And use 7-Zip for extraction.

you may have enabled some crazy gfx settings by mistake or something. I installed BR11 not long ago and it was fine.

if your game is in a very deep folder like C:/files/home/games/porn/3d/something/else/HoneySelect2 move it in a more shallow folder
If it's installed on C make sure it's not in some protected folder. If it is and you want to keep it there you will have to run it as administrator (right click -> run as admin [not recommended, don't run things as admin unless it's needed])

HS2 only has a "push up" mod. Koikatsu has a mod than give a "new" pair of breast when you're wearing clothes and/or bra. You can put new value and she get back her old breast value when naked, instead of just tweaking the values.
Is there a "Koikatsu version" for HS2 somewhere?

But what is your goal? For the mostly big breasted characters here it´s natural to squeeze or push together them via the clothing, but it makes no sense to let dissapear all the meat.
And big with clothing and small naked - why?
