The BetterRepack is the base game + a lot of community mods.
The last version R13 is ~ 60GB to download, most size is belonging to the mods.

Never payed attention to this log file - I guess this is only looking like that while the updater is still searching for updates.
If you wait until the seaching is finished the Log turns into the list of the files to update.

Now we have BetteRepack R13, the links here on page 1 are outdated (only R11).
I strongly recommend torrent download to avoid well known troubles with splitted packs - get direct from here
