Easiest is to edit the character and change the skin to a new one. To keep the same look just look for K1T0 skin you have that's got the closest name to what youre missing.
Can i turn off the water effects or lower any graphics in the Studio. My PC works but the fan starts to get into overdrive.

In game just dry.
In studio there are solid non animated liquid and couple mods for actual physics liquid.
You can make small "milk jets" in accessories tab in character maker.
And in studio there are many ways. If you have beterrepack, there are liquids and suction cup props.

Sorry for a minor off-topic, but what the fuck happened to all Koikatsu topics? Is Koikatsu just nuked from F95 now or what?
Best guess is that some troll was posting ** and that F95 decided to reward the troll by blocking the threads rather than blocking the troll.
The other hypothesis is that this was really a copyright takedown by some mod creator and that F95 is using ** allegations as an excuse.

Never, ever happens with only one female character involved.
If this is just a limitation of the game, that's all right, I suppose, but otherwise, does anyone know how to make this right? Don't really mind if it ends up meaning the characters don't align in animations, or any such trade-off.

Just make the background one color that is not appear on the characters and cut it out.

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, I've downloaded the entire game from Google, I cleared up the extra numbers after the periods. I added everything to anew achieve, yet every single time, the achieve completes and I extract the files, all that is extracted are the zip files, the game isnt extracted. Any help would be appreciated.
